Menstrual Cramps Recovery Story.

My client, 19-year-old Rahi (name changed), was suffering from severe menstrual issues.Since she got her period, she used to suffer from irregular cycles, nausea, vomiting, cramps, backache, and headache. She would be in immense pain and would be bedridden for a few days every month. Her pain interfered with her daily life, and she couldn’t be active, go out, or do any physical activity due to the pain.

In just three sessions with me, she experienced no symptoms on her next period. She was able to hang out with friends, went to school with no worries, traveled- took a flight and went to give her SAT exams, and attended multiple dance classes with no pain or fatigue. She forgot that She was even on her period.
